Large heavy duty polishing spindle

This spindle can be used with motors from 0.5hp and upwards, ideally it supports polishing mops and buffing wheels from 6" to 12" diameter, with the motor running between 500 and 3,000 rpm. The spindle runs on 2 x 1" ball bearings and has a 2.3.4. A section pulley to alter the spindle speeds for various mops to be used effectively. The spindle can be packed up and used with the mops off the bench or on the bench surface. - See more pictures.

0.5" polishing spindle

Complete with 0.5" R/H and 0.5" L/H pigtails, 2 x 0.5" ball bearing plummer blocks, 1 x 2.25" A section pulley. Pack the spindle up on your bench or place the spindle over the edge of your bench. Set to the height you require, bolt it securely and when it is attached to a single or three phase motor approximately 1,000 to 3,000 rpm, the spindle with 2" to 6" mops attached will allow you to complete all your polishing needs. Mops can be purchased seperately for this machine

9 Inch pedestal polisher

This polisher is made of aluminium 4x4 inch box section and is designed for home or industrial use, it is secured to a work bench by 4x 8mm bolts ( not supplied ). The polisher will accommodate from 2 inch to 10 inch polishing mops and has the versatility to allow for polishing with different size mops on both sides of the polisher.

This polisher is designed to use single or three phase motors

up to 2 hp and max rpm is 4,000 rpm it is suitable for most home polishing motor cycle, car and medium industrial jobs.
